1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Toasty EA website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Toasty EA provides downloadable Expert Advisor (EA) software files for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) on a subscription basis. EAs are designed for automated Forex trading on popular currency pairs.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through our billing provider, Clerk, with payment processing by Stripe.
  • Each subscription plan has a monthly download limit. Unused downloads do not roll over.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • All fees are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

All EA files, website content, and branding are the property of Toasty EA. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded EAs for personal trading only. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or decompile any EA files.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any EA is not indicative of future results. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your investment.

Toasty EA does not provide financial advice. EAs are tools and their performance depends on market conditions, broker execution, and your configuration. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. No Guarantees

The Service and all EAs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toasty EA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with a downloaded EA, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the website.
